Cheryl Richmond
Assistant Vice Principal
Cheryl studied for her degree at Leeds Trinity University and then completed her PGCE at Bradford College. From then Cheryl’s teaching career has served communities in Bradford and Leeds.
At the beginning of her career, Cheryl worked as a Teacher of English. From here, Cheryl quickly became a Head of Year and Mental Health Lead before moving to Dixons Trinity Chapeltown. It was here that she further developed her passion for inclusion and challenging the status quo by becoming an All Through SENDCo and a key member of the Safeguarding Team.
Cheryl joined Dixons McMillan in September 2022 in the role of: Assistant Vice Principal for Inclusion. Cheryl is excited to serve the students, families and community of Dixons McMillan by breaking down barriers so that everyone feels welcome and everyone can succeed.
