What's on weekly

Academy Week

Dixons McMillan scholars benefit from a longer working week.  We know that more time with scholars enables them to experience a broad curriculum and experience a full range of subjects.  Scholars must also opt into some co-curricular electives, an area that they are genuinely interested in.  These will run on Thursday period 5.  In additional scholars will also take part in at least one after school co - curricular enrichment session.

The information below details our default Academy day, however, in line with the information given to families in Recent Letters, the below has had to be amended in light of safety of staff and scholars.  Please see the Recent Letters section for more information about how the day has been amended for different year groups.
