Cycle 1 Awards Evening

Dixons McMillan held its first ever awards evening this week as we recognised the hard work and achievements of students across all five year groups throughout Cycle 1.

Students were presented with subject certificates by Mrs Lang and Ms Gayle throughout the evening, along with students who also received the 'McMillan Mastery' award for living by our values and drivers throughout the last cycle. Families were in attendance and we were packed to the rafters! There were performances throughout the evening too, showcasing the talents of our McMillan musicians.  

Climbing the mountain is never easy, and so it was fantastic to see so many smiling faces - students and parents - as all were recognised for their hard work, grit and determination. 

A huge thank you to Ms Gayle and her team for organising, preparing and running the evening. We can't wait for Cycle 2!
