Our employability days

Three times a year, students take part in employability day, a dedicated focus on life beyond school. The day includes:

• Employer encounters
• CV writing
• Mock interviews
• Practical skills workshops

Alongside this, our wider careers programme features careers fairs, subject-specific projects, external speakers, and university and college visits. With support from an in-school careers advisor, students receive personalised guidance for post-16 applications and planning their future pathways.
