2-5 Year Plan

The Academy has a 2-5 year plan. This plan sets the strategic direction of the academy.

The Principal and the Senior Leadership Team consult a number of key stakeholders, from students, staff, families and the wider Dixons Academies Trust to identify a number of key areas which we aim to work on over the next 2 to 5 years. These are our goals and priorities as an academy community.

From September 2023, we will be focusing on achieving the following:

To develop a robust training plan for staff at all levels to support their professional development and wellbeing
To deliver an outstanding curriculum that encompasses both academia and the passion to develop the whole child
To be a model for inclusive practice in the Trust and the wider teaching community
To be a community hub – a safe place that works with families and stakeholders beyond with just their children
