2-5 year plan
The Academy has a 2-5 year plan. This plan sets the strategic direction of the academy.
The principal and the Senior Leadership Team consult a number of key stakeholders, from students, staff, families and the wider Dixons Academies Trust to identify a number of key areas which we aim to work on over the next 2 to 5 years. These are our goals and priorities as an academy community.
From September 2023, we will be focusing on achieving the following:
- To develop a robust training plan for staff at all levels to support their professional development and wellbeing
- To deliver an outstanding curriculum that encompasses both academia and the passion to develop the whole child
- To be a model for inclusive practice in the Trust and the wider teaching community
- To be a community hub – a safe place that works with families and stakeholders beyond with just their children
